Discount Codes & Specials 

Discount codes and Business Partner discounts can not be used on any NZ Post branded item, to discount shipping (Unless specifically stated), or on any products that are on special or already have some form of discount attached. 

Gift cards/discount codes are a one time use, one per customer (unless specifically stated), and are entered during the checkout process. Don't hesitate to get in contact with us if, for whatever reason, your code is not working. 

 

Refunds

As stated in our shipping and returns policy, if a product is faulty it must be returned within 60 days via a tracked or couriered parcel. If a product is sent in poor condition or untracked you will NOT be eligible for a refund.  

 

Copy Centre Services

All Copy Centre Orders will only be actioned once the payment has been cleared in our banking accounts. This will be dependent on the banks schedules (usually should be cleared within 24hours on a work day). If you are a business partner, we will get in touch and see if you would prefer a invoice be produced for the payment.

 

Shipping Fufilment

Most of the products we put online are already in-store and ready to be sent. However there are products that come directly from the warehouse. On occasion, a product can be purchasable through the website, while the stock is not available in the warehouse. On the off chance this happens, there is a potential wait time of up to 2 weeks ontop of normal delivery timetable. We will be in contact with a timeframe via email whenever this happens.

 

Chat Availability

If you get in contact with us via the live chat function through the website, instead of the details found on the 'contact us' page, do note that currently we only monitor that chat during store opening hours when Sam is in. (Generally 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday). if you need us to get back to you, simply leave your contact details in the live chat and we will be in touch asap!
