Shipping and Returns
We Ship Daily with NZ Post using their Tracked service. The packages are picked up Mon-Fri prior to 5pm. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to be completed. You will receive A tracking number that can be input on the NZ post website to keep track of the package(s)
As we are also a small brick and mortar store, sometimes an order can be placed while there is no physical stock in-store. If this happens, we will be in touch asap and place an order for your desired items. This may take an extra day or two.
If a product is labeled as 'Shipped from Supplier' it will be sent off untracked. The pricing will also reflect this.
Please send your returns via Tracked postage within 60 days of your purchase (If a return is sent untracked you will NOT be eligible for any form of refund) You will be reimbursed for both the product and the postage as long as the product is in reasonable condition.
